We will entrust you to

  • Design the recruitment strategy for entrusted recruitment projects
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Execute the recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, assessment sessions etc.)
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various recruiting events, like career fairs or Open Days events
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates • Administer new employees pre-onboarding
  • Communicate regularly with HR Business partners and hiring managers to reach the recruitment projects goals
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

What You will need to succeed

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English languages. Russian will be an advantage
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19
