Mārtiņš Jaunzemis, a ramp handling supervisor and instructor at airBaltic, oversees the ground handling of the carrier's aircraft, coordinating teams of loaders, cleaners, caterers and other personnel to ensure efficient and timely servicing of the planes, while training new coordinators to join the effort.
