Call Center Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Make daily statistics and reports and analyses
  • Update information in Amadeus system based on internal rules und business requirements
  • Prepare quality audit materials
  •  Assist and help managers on daily bases
  •  Prepare course materials for instructors
  • Employee shall fulfill assigned duties according to highest standards of clients serving; high sense of responsibility, preciseness according company procedures, and in a due time
  • Cooperate with other departments; provide necessary support and information upon request
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, accurate, team player and result-oriented
  • High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
  • Computer literacy
