Customer Loyalty & Engagement Advisor (Finnish language skills)

Add your own magic to our customers` experience. You will be a proud brand ambassador, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries and engaging with our frequent flyer members. Your will be who give our customers memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that best suits their needs. You will be responsible to make every customer feel valued and individual to us. If you are deeply motivated by customer care and outstanding communication skills you are the right person.

Main responsibilities:
  • Answer customer phone enquires according to Service standards
  • Make, handle and process reservations following ticketing rules and procedures
  • Check and handle incoming customer enquiries e-mail
  • Check and handle reservation system queues
  • Issue airBaltic traffic documents in accordance with airBaltic rules and procedures
  • Support Loyalty partners with relevant information
  • Process reports according to procedures
  • University degree (can be student)
  • Fluent in Latvian, Finnish and English or other required language
  • Well-developed oral and written communications skills
  • PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Display initiative and ability to work individually and in a team
  • Open, extravert personality
  • Positive can-do attitude with problem solving approach to daily tasks, helpful, and flexible
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented person

  • *Monthly remuneration range 925 - 1200 EUR gross in accordance with pre-defined remuneration policy for this position. The basic conditions of remuneration policy will be discussed with candidates invited for an interview
