Sales and Service Advisor in Call Centre

Apply for Sales and Service Advisor in Call Centre/ Pārdošanas un apkalpošanas konsultants/-e and add your own magic to our customers` experience. You will be a proud airBaltic ambassador, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries and engaging with our frequent flyer members. You will be responsible to make every customer feel valued and individual to us. If you are deeply motivated by customer care and outstanding communication skills you are the right person.

  • Attractive compensation package:

- Monthly basic range 1000 - 1100 EUR


- Progressive salary base salary system for next years and growth opportunities


- Additional monthly payment for competence up to 200 EUR gross


- Bonus system up to 40% of monthly salary wage


- Extra ratio for working on holidays and out of shift



* As the company is dynamic in its operations, the remuneration as described above is valid only during the term of this advertisement and may change with the possible next job offer. Remuneration as described above is payable after probation period, for full shift, pro rata monthly depending on actually worked days.

We will entrust you to
  • Answer customer phone enquires according to Service standards
  • Make, handle and process reservations following ticketing rules and procedures
  • Check and handle incoming customer enquiries by fax and e-mail
  • Check and handle reservation system queues
  • Sell airBaltic ancillary products and services
  • Issue airBaltic traffic documents in accordance with airBaltic rules and procedures
  • Support Travel agencies and Partner airlines with relevant information
  • Process sales reports according to procedures
  • Assist with customer queries in airBaltic social media channels (Facebook and Twitter)
What You will need to succeed
  • Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented person
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Understanding of social media channels and its role in customer communication will be an advantage
