We will entrust you to:
  • Tracking and monitoring conversations and user engagement in airBaltic’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn pages
  • Providing customer support in all social media channels
  • Working in close cooperation with Public Relations department to support brand corporate communication on social media
  • Identifying and reporting on digital and social media trends
  • Testing and managing Messenger bots and other communication platforms
  • Assistance in social media visual project – photo, video - production
What You will need to succeed:
  • Higher education in Communications, PR, Marketing or other related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of communication on social media and customer service
  • Experience in working with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – tracking and monitoring user conversations and engagement
  • Perfect writing skills in Latvian, English and preferably Russian. Other languages would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work using social media monitoring platforms
  • Team player yet perfectly independent individual
  • Self-motivated and confident in making decisions
  • Able to work under pressure, handle tough situations and still stay positive
  • Previous experience on similar position would be considered as an advantage
