Coaching is a powerful tool to achieve desired results, overcome challenges, boost confidence, dispel fears and doubts, and foster a growth mindset. All airBaltic employees have access to internal coaching services, available independently of other Leadership Academy programs. Sessions are confidential and designed to support personal and professional growth. Employees can request coaching at any time.

LUMINA Individual Coaching Session

Based on the Lumina Spark personality profile, this one-on-one coaching session provides deep insight into a person's natural preferences, motivation, and development potential. The session supports professional growth, self-awareness, and clarity in leadership behavior. It is ideal for professionals seeking to better understand their communication style, increase their impact, and align their behavior with personal and organizational goals. The session is tailored to each individual.

LUMINA Team Coaching Session

This interactive session is designed for teams that want to improve collaboration and mutual understanding. Using the Lumina Spark model, team members explore individual strengths, role dynamics, and how different personalities influence communication. Through practical exercises and visual tools, the session strengthens team alignment, enhances psychological safety, and provides a shared language for future growth.
