Internship

"I was incredibly fortunate to have joined airBaltic Corporate Communication team as an intern at a very exciting and highly-anticipated time – just a few months before the world’s very first Airbus A220-300 (former Bombardier CS300) joined airBaltic fleet. At the time, I was involved in various very ambitious PR projects dedicated to this remarkable milestone. From handling technical matters to welcoming world’s leading aviation media at home of airBaltic, during my internship I always truly felt like a part of the team and there is no greater feeling than being a small yet valuable part of something as significant as this achievement in the history of airBaltic.

After my internship, I was offered a full-time position within the team – at first as an Assistant and later on as Media Content Analyst. Currently my main responsibilities include international/local media monitoring and preparing reports and analysis of our PR performance, as well as engaging and being a part of other PR projects and activities.

Tough the everyday at Corporate Communication Unit tends to be rather dynamic and challenging at times, not a day has passed by when I have not felt grateful for being a part of airBaltic and our team. We all share a common goal and true common passion – for aviation and this airline – which means the sky is indeed just the beginning for us and what we can achieve."
