Designed for Aircraft Certifying Technicians and mechanics, this session provides direct access to airBaltic’s Technical Department. Meet recruitment specialists, discuss career paths, explore company growth plans, and even conduct initial interviews to take the first steps in joining airBaltic’s technical team.

Cabin Crew Open Day (10:00 – 13:00 or 14:00 – 17:00)
Those interested in a Cabin Crew role can join either of two sessions, featuring an overview of the role, a Q&A, and a selection process including an English test and individual interviews. Get insights into the exciting life as a Cabin Crew member and the growth potential within airBaltic.

Pilot Open Day (10:00 – 17:00)
Pilots with EASA licenses are invited to meet with airBaltic’s Chief Pilot and Pilot Recruitment Manager.
