  • Your main tasks will be related to Customer Relations database and incoming correspondence handling
  • To enter data in Customer Relations CRM system in accurately and timely manner
  • To support colleagues to prepare response letters addressed to the passengers, their representatives and state authorities

What You will need to succeed

  • University student, preferably in Legal Affairs
  • Preciseness and fast learning personality
  • Excellent spoken & written knowledge of Latvian, English and preferably Russian
  • Positive attitude towards life
