We will entrust you to

  • Assure passenger and passenger baggage registration in accordance with airBaltic manuals and company procedures;
  • Inspect and verify passenger travel documentation;
  • Represent airBaltic brand and customer service standards through all handling processes (we deliver, we care, we grow);
  • Assist passenger with self service machines;
  • Calculate (if necessary) and collect ancillary payments at the check-in and gate in accordance with airBaltic ancillary product list;
  • Assure flight boarding process in accordance with airBaltic manuals and company procedures;
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant airBaltic functions and external suppliers to ensure a safe working environment and achieve an on time departure;
  • Operate airBaltic registration system and other airport equipment such as aero bridge, gate readers, public announcement system, monitors and printers.

What You will need to succeed

  • Fluent in Latvian and English languages;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good time and task management. Ability to react quickly and efficiently in any given situation;
  • Flexible to work on various shifts (day, evening, nights, weekends and holidays);
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Passionate about customer care and service delivery.
